In 2016, the Hand of Providence boldly guided two distinct local congregations to become one. One group was prayerfully seeking pastoral leadership; the other prayerfully seeking next steps. After hours of shared counsel and prayer, we embraced the risk. We together walked into a merge knowing that only God's work in us through the Gospel of Jesus could cause two to become one. Today we happily rejoice in our unity as a body while we strive altogether as one for the sake of the gospel.
In August of 2020, our congregation stepped into a new chapter of life. We called Fred Crosthwaite to come full time on staff and alongside our lay pastors to shepherd us from the Word. We delight in the Lord who is fulfilling His promise to restore, confirm, strengthen, and establish His church. To Him be the dominion forever and ever, Amen!
